I have a little boy

its a regular toilet seat – with a "toddler" toilet seat built in, but it can be lifted away. its GREAT for my son to sit by himself without having to worry about finding the toilet ring, or falling in. i also have a little step stool we keep in the bathroom for when he wants to stand to pee (and to wahs his hands). i just got a little plastic one from target.

She tells me when she’s poop-almost every time
She wants to sit on the potty all day long
She goes long periods with a dry pull up
She has yet to actually pee on the potty seat though…
She’s only 19 months!

I would introduce it but not have high expectations. Start by having her sit on the potty when you use the bathroom and while running her bathwater. Use the power of suggestion and the sound of running water to your advantage and see what happens.
When potty training an older dog, the dog needs to be confined to a space that is not much bigger than him, and then he needs to be taken from that space to a leash and the yard. So this is my second daughter Savanna she will be 1 yr and 5 months on the 15th she started showing interest in potty training when she turned 1 yr. Some days she just loves to sit on the her potty, and other days she don’t. My first daughter never showed interest in potty training until she was 2 yrs so this is awesome. Savanna also loves to sit on the big toilet with her potty ring seat, she has not actually done anything yet but hopefully she will soon

I used both, you’ll need for sure the potty seat-the toilet seat is much to big for a toddler.
As for brands there are many and it doesnt make any difference which one you use. I used a fisher price potty chair that makes a sound/song every time the child goes pee. It works as an incentive,encouraging the child to go pee. However it can be a bit annoying! LOL but it doesnt matter which brand you buy!
As for the potty seat-get one that has cartoon characters your child likes-in my house we have a Dora one for my daughter and my son had a dinosaurs and a backyardigans one.
My nephew – Kids sure do grow up fast don’t they. Lets just say he was curious to know how many sheets were left
